Amazon's Lawsuit Against Vonnich Makes It Harder for People to Cancel Their Subscriptions
The FTC wants companies to make it as easy for consumers to cancel a subscription as it is for them to sign up. Amazon says they don't believe the FTC is allegations that they think, you know, it is not that difficult to cancel their service. The thing they named after a Homeric Epic. But they said last year they tried to make it a little bit easier.
