Hadrian's Wall

In 20 22 we're celebrating a kind of 19 hundred years of hadrian's wall. So it runs for a little bit more than 72 modern statute miles. It was occupied and garrisoned, you know, by the roman army until at least a d 400 ahand quite possibly beyond that. And my children are well aware of the distance of it, because a couple of months ago, i made them cycle along the edge.
