Florida, Third Most Populous State

Dean Obeidallah: Florida, third most populous state. They can count vote and have results at the end of election day. Why can't the others do that? It is they can. The reality is, is that they wanted to, they could. If this election took place in February of this year, I guarantee you it would have been the wipeout wave that so many, not me, we're predicting.
