Getting Feedback on Your Mixes

There's a lot of people who are listening on sub standard monitors in sub standard acoustic spaces. And then they're listening to your mix. Who knows, it's not that they'r hearing inaccurately. Its that the stuff that's being piped into their ears is, by definition, inaccurate. One last gem for you. Take your left and right sides of your mix and swap em so that the right becomes the left and the left becomes the right. And change the volume. If you've been listening kind aloud, make it quiet. If youe me listening kind of quiet, make it loud. So swap the sides and change the volume, and then close your eyes and listen
