Agile Leadership Courses - Do They Want to Change?

I have a feeling that there's a lot of the consultancy businesses that sell agile and false pretenses. At least in Denmark, it's being sold. You can only sell it if there are people who want to know about different ways of leadership. And we could do things like management guilds or communities of practices in the organizations. We could simply, I think, in the teams think more about self-management and really about the management part of it.
