Will the Justice Department Pursue a Contempt of Congress Prosecution?
The Justice Department has its own equity is to protect in terms of separation of powers. So I would never say, oh, yeah, they're going to go full steam ahead. But if you're the committee, why not send that referral within the next month? It's not going to take Donald Trump Trump a month to say, you know, I'm going to take this subpoena and rip it to shreds and flush it down the toilet.
