Germany is a federal system. And on the under state levels, you have a lot of these colitions already basically as a cest and trial run for what might happen on the national level. You get all sorts of collisions that are actually running place. I mean, berlin, as again, buth the left party, as well to their progressive alliances,. Their traffic collisions and so and so forth.
