Coaches Need to Model Behaviours

Coaches need to build an environment where kids feel safe and they feel like being part of this team is better for them than not being a part of the team. Coaches must make sure those fit your team, ind your culture, and you really believe in em. Every coach has achronyms, rnacrostick or pillars, or whatever they call it,. I think that one of the things that often makes it difficult for the messages that we want to send as coaches to really land and take root is that our behaviors aren't alined with our messages. And i think deep downw really do want them to develop and develop those qualities.
