The idea of prospecting, so often that you'll talk to sales leaders or I talks to sales leaders and one of the things they'll say is like, I need help. And again, there's a difference if I'm selling a $10 item where I'm just going for the numbers and doesn't matter or I'm selling something that is a heavy ticket. Okay, if it's a heavy ticket or even a medium ticket, I'm going to invest. It's all about doing your homework and treating the prospect more important than the close.
