Are You Saying That for Azerbaijan We Are Ready for Our Negotiation?

Afghan President Hamid Karabakh says his country is ready for a negotiation with the Azerbaijan government. But he insists that Nagorno Karabakh will not give up its rights as an independent nation. The Afghan leader said it was important to find a solution which would be acceptable from both sides.
