In Texas, if someone threatens me and says, give me your phone, i don't know whether they're willing to escalate to deadly force to get it. The moment they make a felony attack on you or an attempt to destroy or take your property, they are committing an act of violence. I still side with the dad here, the guy who was there for a son. And why? Because his son was being kept from him. A father having his son taken from him. Is the child's mother saying, i'm not giving him to you per court order, cause i want to see him?"
