The Infrastructure Bill Did Pass, but It Wasn't.

Kory Shimkus: I thought that Jesse did a great job last night chronicling where the money is for the infrastructure bill because it's been signed and sealed and delivered for a year. He says if you got to pass some type of regulation reform along with this, you got to be calling up. Where are the power stations? You got to be a leader. The question is how many Senate seats do they really want to flip on an issue like energy independence when we're being held accountable by OPEC instead of America.
