Stocks haven't had a good day on t Tuesday, with the nasdag down one point nine %. The ssen p 500 down one point two % and nort point seven % off the dow. In europe, they are hopefully using less gas as supplies are cut. But is there a guarantee that cuts in usage will enable them to ramp up reserves for the winter?
