How to Address Stormwater on Your Site
If you are looking at a site I think it always helps to give your local council a call and talk to them. So engaging a town planner that's that's definitely local would be an advantage because they're working in that area. Definitely you need to have stormwater so a lot of people don't really look or think much about stormwater. That is a requirement for council having them stormwater plans pending on what you're developing. The slope of the block and how it's going to slope down or up to the stormwater because water doesn't like running up.
