Many people are so busy racing through their thoughts that they don't actually stop to think about what am I thinking about? And yeah, that's a huge part of what I teach. Are we talking about the sort of person that has this checklist and every moment of the day has to be worth something? Is that kind of also this hard functioning anxiety? Absolutely. Yeah. Underneath the idea of this anxiety comes the, the I'm not worthy. So it's imposter syndrome times a thousand because it's this underlying belief that I'm not deserving. It is one of the primary ways it shows up in high functioning anxiety.
