i think the pandemic, by kind of forcing people to work from home, i think, took a lot of that power out of the employer's hands. It really just kind of change the paradime what it means to work and what an attractive perk actually means. Once you get a taste of working from home, and you have this flexibility, and you can get a few hours back without having to commute,. It starts to really make you weigh the importance of, you know, free boots or a free massage, or a meditation room, or whatever it might be. I've alwys been fascinated by unlimted policies, but you can actually get fired for taking too
