i think chronic pain patients are perhaps some of the most complex in terms of the foundations and and and why. And so when you start to kind of break down, what exactly do these patients have, an they become a bit more complicated. Ayu may well go into central london, and in places, maybe even they're all free, which was more kind of northwest london,. ar, the areas do vary, and the kind of type of patients that you see may well be slightly more complex. They might have experienced different problems, and they might have quite a variety of different psychological inputs and sort of backgrounds.
