Is There a Trade War Between the United States and China?
Mira Sorvino says the Obama administration was worried about a retaliatory trade war with china. But she adds that there's no reason to think they would go as far as imposing heavy handed secondary sanctions on Chinese companies. She also points out that when we impose secondary sanctions, were imposing them against specific ban mandis not the chinese government itself,. but it is a direct indictment of the regime's failure to crack down on north korea.
