The Importance of Spike Timing

The brain is not one homogeneous mass m different brainaries really are different. We know there's a limit, like you say, sort of, can we bound in the extremes? It's just a question of exactly that. What level of precision is it that matters? And i think this is why we need to have these tools that allow us to take control at increasing levels of precision until we find one where we can take control of the system and ect spikes beyond the level of precision that is needed.
