Trump's Team Is Arguing That They Won't Use Sensitive Evidence in the Case

A federal judge has sided with Trump's defense attorneys on loosening a protective order on evidence in this case, allowing him to talk to people around it and the case specifically because he's a public figure. The good thing for the for President Trump and for his team is that so far, nobody's talking about a gag order. But what they, when it comes to as far as the campaign, the judge said today, I'm not going to take a political campaign into consideration with any of these decisions that I'm making.
