The Cost of Hiring a Data Scientist in the UK

Companies want to build out their internal data science divisions more than they just want to get a project done. When you hire someone on a permanent basis it is more cost effective as well when you hire someone in this country at least on a temporary basis you're hiring them as a contractor and paying them more much more than you would be paying them on a permanent contract. It comes down to also are we talking about the private sector or the public sector so in other words private sector of course private companies or public sector meaning government but obviously every single market is different.
