The second most prolific killer of all time confessed to two, 60 murders plus three surviving victims. He was sentenced to life in prison because russia did not have the death penalty at this time. The first 15 s would be in solitary confinement at a place called the polar owl. It is one of the top five most intense prisons in Russia.
