Is It Justifiable to Deport a Criminal?
Anyone who's been in the country for up to two years can be subject to expedited removal. Rikrohas: Day one, i think it starts to look like, in eased enforcement, these two memoranda and executive orders put an immense amount of power in the hands of just your every day border patrol and ice officer. He says that looks like everyday encounters with the unauthorized population could end in deportation.
