The bill would allow the government to take your guns without being charged with a crime. The law does try to inject some constitutional tions, but the constitutional protections are very limited. There's no money for a public defender if they take your guns and you're out of luck. A potential decade place jail for ams for ammunition smuggling. John corni couldn't be more disappointed.
