Buffy The Vampire Slayer has been slayed by Hulu & the fans are rightfully angry. On Friday the 13th of March 2026 Sarah Michelle Gellar released a short video on her insta letting the loyal Buffy fans know that Hulu, despite filming a pilot in the Summer of 2025, would not be greenlighting andmoving ahead witht he Buffy revival. Gellar later stated that that it was one executive in particular that had disdain for the project & liked to brag he'd never watched the entire show because it 'wasn't for him'. Buffy fans were outraged, as was the executive, & for the last week Hulu has been battling against Buffy herself in the press... they're crazy to go up against Buffy The Vampire Slayer!
