Supply Chain Crunch - What's the Worst Day of the Supply Chain Crisis?
The worst day of the supply chain crunch is likely to be tomorrow, says Jim Boulden. We are running the supply chain at a hundred % of capacity and it's not going to be that easy to expand capacity. If you raise prices enough, you will cool demand enough to bring everything in balance. That leads into my previous comments about short rates. And so when people snarky say, well, the fed can't print eno containerships or something like that, no,. but they've printed too much demand... They've stuffed too much money in everybody's pocket.
