The FAI's Report on Horse and Greyhound Racing in Ireland
The FAI have commissioned a report into the funding of horse and greyhound racing in Ireland. The state has given almost 1.5 billion to those two activities since 2001 through the horse andgreyhound fund. This was revealed by Daniel McDonald and the Irish Independent. Gavin Cooney is writing about all this for 42.ie. He's particularly interested in the government response to the initial report even more than the report itself. And it's what a game that was at St. James's Park.
