Financial Counselors Are Not Debt Negotiators
Financial counselors are talking to debt collectors and banks all of the time. We do deal with clients from non-English speaking backgrounds or who may have sort of some other reason why they're not confident to speak to the bank. So yeah, but we we're not debt negotiators. That's another thing. Like we we involve sometimes in helping the client negotiate an outcome with the bank.
