Cluster Munitions in Ukraine
Cluster bombs scatter small munitions over a wide area. Some of them do not explode initially and they pose a deadly threat to civilians after the fighting, sometimes even years later. Pentagon claims that the cluster munitions the US is considering sending have a very low dud rate making that threat much lower.
