The Bankruptcy of Silicon Valley Bank

The banking crisis continues sending shockwaves through the financial markets and turmoil on Wall Street with all three major indexes ending the day in the red. Silicon Valley Bank filed for bankruptcy today as the repercussions continue to spread. First Republic Bank is now patient zero after S&P downgraded the bank's credit rating amid fears of a customer exodus. U.S. banks borrowed more than $150 billion from the Federal Reserve this week alone.
