Is Space Magnetized?

We don't know the source of magnetic fields in the universe. Maybe primordial energy from the big bang, captured in a magnetic field is still around. Space is not empty ri ther particles everywhere, even between galaxies. There are a lot of particles out there flying through these magnetic fields. If they are larger than we expect, that could be the source of the space roar.
