i was back in new york for pretty much the entire month of november, a lot of big empty store fronts. And i'm wondering how much that empty space am you expect to fill up? Well, i don't thi think it will happen. It's going to be a slightly slower recovery for our denser urban markets. Ah, but they will be back there, definitely. The retailers have figured out how to adjust their locations, their portfolio, the whole omni channel. mean, what we saw in, you know, foot traffic fom stores, e nogh stores have seen foot traffic up by forty eight % this year.
