Jaison Sterling is a professional photographer from Little Rock, Arkansas. Jaison is best known for his dynamic, off-camera-flash portraits of high school sports teams - if you’re on Instagram or Tik Tok there’s a pretty good chance you’ve seen some of Jason’s viral, behind the scenes videos which have gained millions views. Jason also shoots weddings and portraits with his wife, Callie and teaches workshops around the United States.

Our conversation touches on Jaison’s journey to photograph how he creates a collaborative experiences with his clients, some of the technicalities and logistics around his shoots and much much more.
