The Anti-Science Perspective on Fatness
People still think that science even if they have an understanding of like conflicts and and violations of ethics and all that. They believe in the positivist notion of science that has been touted as being equivalent to science versus this weird idealistic standard but ultimately it doesn't really exist. People believe whatever the data says is what the data says instead of what scientists understand the data is saying and what they want it to say. That's how we get this notion that fat liberation or or an anti-antiobesity perspective is anti-science.
