Trump's a Scapegoat?

I think a lot of conservatives are sick of losing and they want to win. Trump injected himself into these races but he didn't spend any money promoting his own candidate. McConnell spent $241 million backing some of these Trump candidates and Trump spent 14.7 million total. Even that victory, which is for a Trump backed candidate, it was because McConnell came in and saved the day.
