Meditation - How Can You Rest Your Mind?

meditation is not the same as resting your mind. What can you do to consciously take a break from those impressions? This doesn't have to mean that you sit for meditation for half an hour, but some of the mindfulness practices could be useful. If your face is frowning or tight that is simply a sign that there is tension in the mind. Don't blame yourself because we have a tendency to go other ways with our thoughts. Another thing i'd like to add for people at home is attention ttention.
