Longer Term Investing in Chinese Stocks?

China is doing many of the same things our own government and other governments around the world are doing. We don't have the kind of central, centrally controlled government that can wipe those activities and risks off the face of the earth as much as possible. That's just not who we are. China wants to be number one in the world, andcon ally, certainly. And one of the ways they want to do it is with innovation, with technology. They haven't gotten it right. I've watched them invest in semi conductors since the early nineties,. Right where they brought in a lot of semi conductor talent, and they just haven't been able to crack the cone.
