I think it's the small things that take you from Good to Great, right? So you can have a really easy to use product and stuff. And that's great if you like let people get through a flow really smoothly. But when you add these small touches, like what was a good one? Like with Tumblr, they have like sort of in-app tutorials or their confirmation text is something like RAD or cool. Rather than just saying, okay. You can see like you both smile. Those are the little things that I like where- It's just this tiny little like someone's going to read that and smile and be like, all right, these are actually people designing this product
