Wamore Is a Japanese Whiskey That's a Close Cousin to Socho

We are a hon kaku so chu for all intents and purposes. We only use those four ingredients, rice, water, a coji, an yeast,. But we kind of blend the processes a little bit with wamore or howa hunkaku sochu is made. I indefinitely wanted to honor the people that have been making this for the last 500 years. It was several things, a really to what you were saying about, you know, four simple ingredients.
