A man named Robert Hickey is arrested for forcing a 15 year old girl into his car just five blocks where Misty had disappeared. Police are finally considering Misty amissing an endangered person, but they're dragging their feet and still haven't done any real investigative work. As this drags on, another suspect emerges in January of 1993. This is just about four months since Misty had gone missing. Yeah, red flags all over the place, but there really is still nothing being done.
