Tropical Cyclone Forecasting Has Come a Long Way
Tropical cyclone forecasting has come a really long way I know from the national hurricane center in the United States track forecasting is one of the things that has improved drastically where you'll see reasonably accurate track forecast out five to seven days in advance and that type of lead time is actionable. We do have quite a bit of modeling at our disposal to help understand those impacts as we saw with Gabrielle the forecasting was really good but I think there's a gap to be bridged what does that actually mean for me can you contextualize that information or maybe show me an animation of a river overflowing?
