The Transfer of Authority Over Detention Operations in Afghanistan

This was, this was central to how we operated in rackford for a couple of years before we were finally out. We've now agreed, according to the papers, to transfer control o to afghanistan. And so there're a lot of smart people on the ground working very hard to try to make this work and insure that all detaines continue to be humanely treated within that system. Who knows what'll happen there. But we've been down this road before.
