Incitement of Violence and Direct Threats
Twitter is effectively founded to do and supposed to be a public forum. I would draw my line at incitement of violence and direct threats and harassment or doxing, he says. Twitter didn't come out and say this is the tweet and this is the policy but it could have done that for transparency.
