How to Sleep on a Long Ship
There was no, there's nowhere for you to relax on a long ship. You just sat in the same seat but you're not rowing. I can't sleep sitting at my car sleeping cars and I can’t sleep at the bus. The place stunk. These ships were clinker built,. where they used overlapping wood to link the ships together. They were constantly having to put new tar down to basically keep it seaworthy. It was very hard for the drink strongly to get down as well.
