Ingmar Guandique's Killing of Chandra Levy
Ingmar Gondike was found guilty of killing Chandra Levy nine and a half years after her death. Gary Condit lost his bid for re-election in 2002 due to his connections with Chandra's death. Even if he wasn't a murderer and conspirator, he may have had an affair with an intern and lied about it - possibly even allowing a killer to get away.
