In almost every language we know of, blue is very late to be named. Most languages start with words for black and white, then they develop a word for red,. Then yellow or green, followed bor green, followed by yellow. And it's only after those colours, only after black and white and red and yellow and green, do lan s, most languages, in fact, around the world, develop a term for blue. So it does come very late.
