That is negatively impacting as that can lead to gut health issues like leaky gut, which can lead to having anxiety. And then, of course, you got to look at your triggers. So if dissociation comes from the experience of witness or seeing something, then being able to identify and bring awareness to those triggering experiences will be in your best interest.
