Top Task Identification Question With Category Questions
We've built our own little software over the years, it doesn't have to be very sophisticated to do this sort of analysis. We would use sort of a monkey or any sort of a tool that allows you a voting type question and then we sucked that data into our little ad-in essentially for Excel. So what's powerful is when you combine the top task identification question with category questions. A category question is like age or gender or role. When you have your top task question and you combine it with demographic categorization, segmentation type questions, then you can look at it. Then you can get very interesting insights on whether different groups have different tasks.
