New York City Retail Market - Where Are We Going?

Big box users are not going to be out and about like they were. So now we're going back to the small, mamma pop stores. They're going to be more affordable. And oand or, ourquality of life is going up. If you're totally in retail, you've got a but. But i think our quality lifes will be better. The fascinating, wonderful little stores that we all miss are going to be back. So good fo us.
