Is the Indictment of the Americans Unindicted Co Conspirators?
i think it's worth emphasizing just how small and fringe some of the groups who are not named, but appear to be identified in the indictment are. They're kind of fringes of the fringes, right? Like these are its very sort of odd groups. The other point, and this is why, i think, myt counter what i just said, m, is that i was very interested by the decision in the indictment to identify the americans as unindicted co conspirators. It would look very bad for the justice department if it were to,. say, prosecute these folks for a conspiracy to defraud the united states or anything similar.
